To get Started!

Usually 1/3 of the total cost. We require the next installment when the project commences, and the balance plus the H.S.T will be due on completion of the job and your complete satisfaction. Cabinets, take from 5 to 6 weeks to be delivered., after we have all the material on site we will call and schedule a starting date. Installation times vary, typically a kitchen or bathroom renovation takes from one to two weeks depending on the complexity of the project. A very small, simple kitchen or bathroom can be installed in as little as a couple of days. Add a large square footage of flooring, could add a week to the job,
What do I need to do to prepare for my kitchen or bathroom remodel?
It is a good idea to determine what you will be using for an eating and cooking area while your kitchen is under construction. All items need to be removed from the area where construction will take place.

What is done to protect my home from dust and debris that results from construction?
Any time walls or floors are disturbed, dust will result. But certain procedures are followed to limit this as much as possible. Where appropriate, plastic sheets are hung to block the kitchen off from the rest of the house. But some dust will always drift out of work areas and you should take measures to protect your property. Electronic equipment, fine furniture, or other valuables should be covered or removed. Because adjoining walls may be disturbed during the construction process, be sure to remove pictures and valuables along these walls. Also, cover your fish tank and keep expensive telephones and electronic equipment out of the remodeling area.

Factory Made vs. Local Custom Kitchen Cabinets:

Which kind of kitchen or bathroom cabinets should I buy?

Over the past 40 years, the kitchen cabinet industry has been transformed by modular, factory-made cabinets. These cabinets are constructed in a factory and shipped to the jobsite or dealer instead of being built by a local cabinet maker.

Factory Made Kitchen Cabinets (Semi Custom)

Factory made kitchen or bathroom cabinets have become extremely popular for several reasons. One of the primary reasons is that many cabinet companies make their wood cabinets with a baked-on factory finish. This chemical baking process creates a highly durable finish that resists staining and breakdown from most foods and liquids and therefore holds up well over time.
In contrast, finishes applied by local custom cabinet shops may never fully cure. They react with all the grime and food and become gummy over time. The finish can break down to the point that you can even accidentally strip the finish while cleaning the cabinets.
Another advantage of factory-made cabinets is superior quality control. Mass-produced cabinets have uniform construction and materials, as well as individual cabinet sizes. Many larger cabinet manufacturers offer long-term or limited-lifetime warranties and their products are also endorsed by the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association (KCMA), a professional trade organization that tests cabinets rigorously for the kind of wear and tear typically found in bathrooms and kitchens.
Additionally, cabinet manufacturers provide 3-D computer programs to cabinet dealers, allowing them to show you various layout possibilities and automatically generated prices. Some local custom cabinet shops also have this technology, but it is more common in cabinet showrooms that sell factory-manufactured cabinets. Semi-custom Cabinets can be ordered in three-inch increments (KITCHENCRAFT), which provides a great deal of flexibility.
DECOR CABINETS offer full custom cabinets can be produced based on one-inch increments

Local Cabinet Makers (Custom)

Sometimes hiring a local cabinet maker can be preferable. Custom cabinet shops can help you match architectural details to unique features in your house and when adding to existing cabinetry, these shops can do a better job of replicating the cabinet style and color. Custom cabinets can be produced based on one-inch increments. For some special-order customizations, a quote from a custom cabinet maker is recommended since it may be cost-prohibitive to accomplish the desired level of customization through a factory. However, keep in mind that, unless the cabinet shop is equipped with a baking booth, they will not be able to achieve the same quality as the factory-finished cabinet.
